- Conducted global listening study(subjective evaluation) for NVH tick and impulsiveness for metric assessment and development using custom enhanced Excel rating template employing Visual Basic(VBA).
- Provided ongoing technical support to Active Noise Control(ANC) project for optimal design implementation utilizing OBD-II/CAN bus control modules(PCM, TCM) to integrate with vendor stereo & telematics DSP.
- Designed a Hybrid CAE Universal Hydraulic Lash Adjuster(HLA) component NVH test system covering all Type II engine valve system HLA's across -10ºF to 212ºF(-20ºC to 100ºC) oil temperature in a closed loop.
-
Performed a NVH CAE model update, Powerplant Bending and Mount Vibration CAE analysis report for the 2011 3.5L/3.7L TiVCT GTDI
engine build employing Teamcenter(PLM), Altair HyperMesh & RADIOSS.
Product Development Engineer [Grade 7], Ford Motor Co. (Mar 2004 - Jul 2007)
Dearborn, Michigan, USA
- Originated the Enhanced Powertrain NVH QOS(v2.0); an assembly plant end-of-line noise & vibration audit process delivering a 50% improvement in process efficiency and capable of detecting 45% of Unusual Engine & Transmission Noise and Vibration issues using Idle, Wide Open Throttle(WOT), Part Throttle & NERU:
